Elliott A. WileyPresident/CEO
Elliott is responsible for strategic leadership of the company, including long-range goals, vision, mission, policies, and fiscal direction. Wiley has 30 years of management experience in the industry and has directed, written and produced hundreds of video, film, radio, web, and print projects. Wiley is knowledgeable in all creative and technical aspects of broadcast, Internet and print production with public and private sector institutions and has taught on the university level. A graduate of Howard University, Wiley received MBA executive leadership training at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
He is Chair of the Education Committee of the American Advertising Association of Baltimore Board of Directors, a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, a member of the Baltimore Greater Baltimore Committee’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee and is active with other civic and charitable organizations. What makes Elliott twerk is down time with wife Rosalyn and his sons, Orioles Baseball and Ravens Football, traveling the world, grilling, fine wine and keeping the lawn looking fresh!Email
Trey FalesVP/Director of Production
Trey is a technical whiz and creative thinker with more than nine years of editing, producing, production and audiovisual management experience at REJ. As the VP/Director of Production Trey handles every aspect of project management, including creative oversight and assists with business development, account management and employee benefits/HR. Trey interfaces with customers to ensure that their objectives are met and is responsible for putting together budgets, production calendars, production plans, and personnel management. Trey provides technical and creative production oversight, provides art direction for graphics and animation production and is responsible for ensuring that quality control measures are adhered to. Trey is also proficient in non-linear editing, graphics systems, software applications, still photography, HD video production, webcast production and has experience as an art director, print production manager, broadcast production manager and agency producer.
His career includes stints with Ripken Professional Baseball, the Aberdeen IronBirds, WJZ-TV 13 and WBAL-TV 11. Trey is a graduate of Stevenson University and lives in Howard County with his two labs – Reese & Raider. In his time off, he can usually be found in one of four places – at home “horsing around”; out relaxing with friends; at church – offering technical/creative gifts to God; or at his “happy place” – Deep Creek Lake, where he enjoys boating in the summer, amazing scenery in the fall and snowmobiling in the winter!Email
Jen ComottoSenior Producer/Account Manager
Jen is an 18-year veteran in the industry. Jennifer is responsible for understanding and implementing client objectives and oversees all aspects of planning and executing video and radio productions. Jennifer is extremely organized and a top-notch field and studio producer and writer. She matches staff to the needs of each project; monitors the status of the development of each project; monitors quality control and quality assurance procedures and outcomes; participates in strategic planning and creative development; oversees the production process and delivery of services; develops and manages budgets and contracts; manages vendors; serves as primary contact with clients; and tracks production components. Jennifer is an Emmy and Gold Addy award winner. In her spare time, Jen enjoys great food, vino, conversation with friends and playing with her two kiddos. A Baltimore girl born and bred, she’s a big fan of the Orioles, the beach, steamed crabs, and pretty sunsets.Email
Christie PrescottProducer/Production Supervisor
Christie excels in all aspects of television studio production and works as a producer, production supervisor and assistant non-linear editor. Prescott manages a crew of technical personnel and on camera talent, writes scripts, runs teleprompter and handles a myriad of details for film and television broadcasts. Christie is an adventurous, motivated and driven individual who joined the REJ team in 2007 as a Coordinating Producer. Her best asset is her exceptional customer relations. Prescott is a graduate of Stevenson University and recently received her Masters of Science in Telecommunications Management from Morgan State University. Outside the office you can find her skiing, kayaking, on a camel ride or at the shooting range.Email
Kristin YarnallDesigner & Print Production Specialist
Kristin is knowledgeable in all areas of graphic design and print production, primarily utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat). Her print skills include design, layout, photography, writing, editing copy, and project management. A graduate from Marymount University, she is also highly proficient at website design, content management, and publications coordination. During her free time, Kristin enjoys camping with her hubby, dog, and little boy. She’s a big fan of hoodies, flip flops, and swimming in the ocean.Email
Fred BiggsProducer and Studio Technician
Fred is an expert in all aspects of studio production and has years of experience as a studio camera operator, master control technician, floor director, and satellite feed technician. Biggs is a team leader for live television broadcasts, successfully managing a team of technical and creative personnel. A graduate of Goucher College, Fred enjoys traveling with his wife, exercising, and target shooting. On Sundays you can find him yelling at the TV because he’s a hardcore Ravens Fan…Go Ravens!!Email
Frankie DanielsAssociate Producer/Assistant Editor
Frankie is a versatile member of the REJ team, serving as associate producer, non-linear editor, graphic designer and motion artist. He has a background in theatre and improvisational and general performance and holds a Bachelor of Science from Stevenson University in Film, Video & Theatre. In his free time, Frankie enjoys cooking, playing Frisbee, performing improv, and making people laugh.Email
D.J. CarmonCoordinating Producer/Production Associate
D.J. Carmon, a highly involved and motivated young professional, joined the REJ Team in Spring 2016 as a Coordinating Producer. Since he was 12 years old, D.J. was creating short films with friends. He honed his production and editing skills at Stevenson University’s Film and Moving Image program. D.J. has acted as a Production Assistant, Assistant Editor, Assistant Camera, and Post-Production Supervisor, working on a variety of productions, including ad campaigns for premium channel networks, local universities, popular clothing brands, and commercial spots for live TV. When D.J.’s not working, he’s usually “relaxing at home, eating a very delicious meal, working out, creating graphic designs for fun, or finding other opportunities for expressing his creativity.Email
Brandon CampbellCoordinating Producer
Brandon Campbell serves on the REJ team as a Coordinating Producer. He is a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. Brandon is also a skilled photographer and videographer with a wide range of knowledge about camera and lighting systems. In his spare time, he enjoys building and programming robots, playing video games, and watching movies.Email
